Health & Wellbeing Coaching
“Being a parent is tiring, FACT! However, there are some simple life hacks that you can add into your day to make you more resilient, energised and able to manage the pressures of parenthood. These simple changes are easy to implement and continue into your everyday habits. We will focus on nutrition, lifestyle and mindfulness practices to give you more control over how you feel.”
Joanna spent the first 15 years of her career in HR, across a number of sectors and size organisations, progressing to leadership roles. Before changing career, she ran a software company, as Operations Director in Stevenage, covering a wider remit including HR, Sales and Finance.
Finding her own passion and path to good health led her to becoming a qualified accredited (ICF, UKHCA) Health Coach and Nutritional Therapist in March 2017.
She offers one-to-one coaching as well as workshops and talks to companies and organisations. Her focus is very much on removing the obstacles in a world that often makes good health difficult to achieve and unnecessarily complicated.
Joanna’s talks cover what individuals can do, in simple, practical terms, in their every day lives to move towards the health they want and take back control.
Joanna lives with her husband and Son in Ware, Hertfordshire. In her spare time she loves working out, volunteers for the Royal British Legion, Herts Phoenix, Young Enterprise and ELSA CIC. She also manages her Sons Rugby Team.
