This talk will be focussed around Feeling Fantastic – it will be an engaging, educational and interactive talk aimed at parents. Children are welcome to join too! ‘In an increasingly fast-paced world, learn to take the time to slow down’ is the core message behind Feeling Fantastic.
Working with primary schools across the country and maintaining Captain Fantastic’s three E’s- Entertain, Engage, Educate – Feeling Fantastic explores difficult concepts such as resiliency, tolerance, wellbeing and confidence in simple and fun ways that children engage in and can understand. Topics covered in the talk will include – encouraging positivity, helping small children understand their emotions, teaching them how to support others with a ‘Compliment Circle’, helping them to understand the importance of teamwork, confidence and tolerance – and much more.
